Preview support response expectation For public preview requests submitted through your onboarding/support channel, OQEN targets an initial response within one business day for access blockers and within two business days for non-blocking questions.

Who can access the preview?

Can I save diagrams and workspace state?

Persistence capabilities depend on your authenticated mode and configured role.

Guest access can be restricted from save and load operations.

Is AI output applied automatically?

No. Guidance remains advisory and human-reviewed before operational decisions or implementation.

Teams are expected to validate recommendations against their own governance process.

Where should I send feedback?
